Admission Form
All students applying for admission under the Linguistic Minority/Management Category/ All India/NRI/Against vacant seats should fill in the prescribed application form available at the SIES Graduate School of Technology Office on payment of   Rs.600/-.(the application form can also be downloaded from the website and should remit the cost of application while submitting the application form in the office).The beginning of the  schedule of admission process will be published in the leading newspapers/Institute website and will be displayed on the College Notice Board from time to time. The Completed application form together with attested copies of supporting documents mentioned below should be submitted in the college office.

a. SSC or equivalent mark sheet.
b. HSC or equivalent mark sheet.
c. School/Jr.College Leaving Certificate.
d. MHT-CET 2007/AIEEE 2007 score card

Affidavit (Notarized) on Rs.100/- stamp paper declaring minority Status.(The format for the same is given in the last page of this brochure and this is applicable to only those students who are applying under South Indian Linguistic Minority category.
f.
Attested copies of Domicile Certificate of the Student / Parent/s (for students who are taking admission under South Indian Linguistic Minority/Management category)
Incomplete application forms may not be considered and therefore, candidates should take care to fill in the form completely.

If supporting documents are not in order, the application is liable to be rejected.

Once the application form together with the attested copies of documents are submitted to the college office, candidates will not be permitted to change any entry or submit any fresh copies of documents subsequently.

Original documents should not be submitted with the application form. Only attested copies are required.

In the event if any document submitted by the student or the information supplied by him/her is found to be false or incorrect, the admission granted to him/her is liable to be cancelled by the competent authority which would be the Principal.
